If you are unsatisfied with your item which is not damaged during delivery, then please contact us, contact page. Artisans Creation Studio will work with you to see if a refund, replacement, repair or adjustment is necessary. If a refund should be deemed necessary, then the refund will only cover the cost of the item(s).
All items displayed and sold on this site are made to be worn by adults and are not to be worn or used in any way by small children. Any items made for pets will be worn at the animals’ own risk. Artisans Creation Studio will not accept any liability for any bodily harm caused by wearing/owning any and all jewelry items purchased.
